Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital earned a spot on Forbes’ inaugural top hospitals list, designed to help consumers evaluate which hospitals offer top-notch, high-value medical services.
To compile the list, Forbes evaluated general acute care hospitals across the country based on clinical patient outcomes, best practices, value, and patient experience. The rankings provide unbiased information about a hospital’s services—and are a benchmark against which hospitals can compare their performance to that of their peers.
“This deserved recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of so many,” said Abhi Rastogi, MBA, MIS, President & CEO of Temple Health. “It shows how Temple is raising the bar for what patients should expect from healthcare.”
“We’re proud to have received national recognition as a top hospital from Forbes,” said Richard Newell, MPT, DPT, President & CEO of Chestnut Hill Hospital. “Our clinical teams, with strong support from the Temple Health system, have been focused on enhancing our quality of care. We’ve made significant improvements, especially around hospital-acquired infections and pressure injuries. That's thanks to the hard work and collaboration of our teams, who always put our patients first.”
