Temple Health has made Forbes’ list of America’s Best-In-State Employers for 2023. This is the fourth time in five years that Temple Health has made the list. Temple’s inclusion on the list puts Temple Health among the Top 100 Businesses in Pennsylvania with more than 500 employees.
These rankings are based upon what employees themselves say about their workplaces. Forbes and Statista—the independent party that surveyed companies with more than 500 workers—asked employees to rate their willingness to recommend their own employer to friends and family, evaluate other employers in their industry and state, and offer opinions on topics including working conditions, diversity, salary, potential for development, and company image.
