Trauma Outreach Manager and Director of TUH’s Cradle to Grave Program Scott Charles, MAPP, FCPP earned Temple University Hospital-Main Campus’ most recent Manager of the Quarter Award. Charles was recognized for his exceptional leadership, his commitment to his team, and the respect he has earned during his years of service at Temple, as this excerpt from his nomination shows:

Scott leads our grant-funded program with unwavering dedication, ensuring our team is fully funded, well-staffed, and deeply supported. His commitment goes far beyond logistics—he genuinely cares about our job satisfaction and overall wellbeing. Under his leadership, morale is consistently high. Every member of our team not only feels valued, but also truly loves their work. Scott makes a point to foster connection and renewal by organizing annual team retreats—whether to the mountains or the beach—offering us time to recharge and bond outside of work.
