“Michelle is an exceptionally conscientious Medical Assistant whose professionalism and clinical acumen consistently elevate patient care. Over the last six months, she was instrumental in managing two patients experiencing cardiac distress. In both situations, Michelle quickly recognized the severity of the problem, calmly communicated with the patients, and ensured their safe transport to the ED. She went above and beyond by personally confirming that each patient was seen promptly, turning potentially critical scenarios into exemplary examples of patient-centered care. Michelle’s dedication, composure, and expertise make her an invaluable asset both to our practice and the patients we serve.”
