David Becker, MD, FACC, Director of the Preventive and Integrative Heart Health Program at the Temple Heart and Vascular Institute, wrote a series of blog posts for the Philadelphia Inquirer. The first addressed the role of artificial intelligence in medicine – both now (via wearable devices) and in the future. Dr. Becker stressed the need to balance the technology with privacy concerns and human interaction. The second post emphasized the value of fiber in your diet, and the third looked at a study examining acupuncture alleviating chest pain in cardiac patients.
