Social Worker Caterina “Cat” Martin, LCSW recently earned TUH-Episcopal Campus’ Exceptional Employee Award, which honors those who uphold the standards of our organization, exhibit pride in their performance, display a positive attitude and set an example for their peers, and are dedicated to service excellence.
Cat was singled out for her extraordinary commitment to her patients and her role, and for inspiring and mentoring her colleagues, as this quote from her supervisor, Kelly Kulp, MSW, LCSW, Director of Care Management, shows:
“Cat has stayed late to complete complex cases that others may have picked up the next day. She covers the C6 unit incredibly, but also has cross-covered Behavioral Health, the Emergency Department, and the Crisis Response Center many times without being asked. She takes initiative in every sense of her job. She motivates others around her and is constantly coaching less senior Social Workers.”
