Abhi Rastogi, MBA, MIS has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Temple Health. He will retain his role as Executive Vice President of Temple Health and President & CEO of Temple University Hospital Inc.

Abhi has driven Temple Health’s unprecedented expansion, including opening Temple Women & Families Hospital, acquiring Temple Health-Chestnut Hill Hospital, and growing our nationally-renowned transplant programs.
His strategic insight has been key as we’ve invested in breakthrough technologies, recruited top-tier talent, and shaped the future of care delivery. His operational expertise has fueled our clinical excellence and efficiency, and his forward-thinking vision has positioned Temple Health for long-term success.
“As Health System COO, Abhi will expand his focus on Temple Health’s integration and growth, clinical quality and efficiency, and AI-based solutions,” said Young.
John Ryan will continue to oversee the strategic direction of our legal, HR, and government affairs teams, and will now also oversee the marketing/communications team. With this broader scope, John will now serve as Temple Health’s Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), in addition to serving as EVP and General Counsel.
