The Guest Relations team at Temple University Hospital provides concierge services to patients and their families, with the goal of making your stay as comfortable as possible. Stop by our Guest Relations desk in the Broad Street Lobby Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., or look for a representative during our rounds.
