Dr. Sciblo actively listened to my concerns and questions.She told me she had seen some improvement from the lab report.She shared her research about the different medicines that may be added to my current list of prescription that could further improve my results, their strong points, effectiveness, and side effects.We discussed side effects of these new medicines and my current prescriptions as well and possible ways to address them.She checked to see if the medicines would be covered by insurance.I think she wanted me to be comfortable with my new prescription and understand how It may or may not affect my body. I appreciated the time she allowed us to have to discuss it. She made her recommendation but was open to exploring my option for medicine as well. She reassured me about how my kidneys and other bodily organs were functioning.We discussed the types of medicines and how they may or may not affect them. We came up with a plan to explore one type of medicine first to see how my body responds as well as continue current medicines, adjust nutrition and diet choices, monitor glucose twice daily and manage stress to determine if this helps get the results we hoped.
