Temple University Health System Opens Women's Care Center in Elkins Park, PA

To help meet the healthcare needs of women in Montgomery County and the surrounding area, Temple University Health System has opened Temple Health Women’s Care in Elkins Park, PA. At Temple Health Women's Care, women of all ages can receive a comprehensive healthcare and wellness experience in a one-stop environment created with women in mind.

Temple Health Women's Care is located at 8380 Old York Road in Elkins Park on the Salus University campus. It's just south of Township Line Road in Suite 100 of the Breyer Office Park. The center is open daily Monday through Friday, beginning at 8:00 am.

Led by Medical Director Rosalind Kaplan, MD, a skilled team of Temple Health physicians and private practice healthcare professionals are able to offer the following services at one convenient location: primary care, imaging services (including mammography and ultrasound), gynecology, psychology and urology. Additional services will be announced soon.

"Women often put the medical needs of their families first, leaving little time for their own care," said Dr. Kaplan. "Our goal was to bring together many of the physicians and services women need under one roof and make it as accessible as possible."
